THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW...

GENERAL: Prices given DO NOT include any cake toppers or flowers. These are provided upon request and at an extra cost. Prices DO NOT include delivery and set-up fees (when required). Delivery must be requested and fees are based on distance to location.

CAKES: All cakes may be customized to suit your occasion; colors can be changed, as well as the number of tiers, flavors, fillings, etc.. All cakes require advance notice of at least two days. If they require more it is noted. Wedding cakes require a meeting with the baker and the signing of a Wedding Cake Contract. For protection of the customer, ALL tiered cakes must be delivered and set up by Buttercream Dream, with the exception of small 2-tier cakes. A set-up fee applies usually for large cakes which require more than one person to set up. A deposit of 15% is required for any cake costing more than $50. This deposit is non-refundable should you cancel your order once it is finalized.

ACCESSORIES: Toppers are not included in the price of the cake, but may be purchased or rented. Any cake bases, plates, pillars, fountains, or other non-disposable accessories required for set-up of the cake are only on loan to you for your occasion and must be returned, within 4 days of delivery, to Buttercream Dream in the same condition which they arrived to you, or you will be responsible for purchasing/paying for a replacement. These tiered cakes require that a 100% refundable deposit be paid for accessories, and this fee is based upon the cost of the accessories.

Buttercream Dream is NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR FOOD ALLERGIES!! Our cakes contain many ingredients which some people are allergic to, such as whey, milk, eggs, and nuts. Please consult with me as a special cake may be created for you.
